Seung Pei Lai (Steamed Egg White Custard)

Ingredients:
4-5 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
Little bit of oil
1 quart half and half milk

Directions:
1. Mix the egg whites and then add the sugar and a little bit of oil.
2. After mixing the egg whites and sugar, add the half and half and mix.
3. Pour the mixture into a container and steam until it is done.

**The number of egg whites determines how thick the dessert is. If it is too thick, use less egg whites and vice versa. Also, be sure to pay attention to it as it cooks. If it is overcooked, it doesn't taste as good.
