Hawaiin Haystacks

Ingredients:
Sauce:
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
Chicken
Celery
Carrots

Toppings:
Fresh Tomatos, diced
Pineapple Tidbits or Chunks
Shredded Cheese
Chinese Crispy Noodles
Olives, sliced (optional)
Green Onions (optional)

Directions:
1. Chop up the chicken, celery, and carrots and place in pot.
2. Put enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to boil. If desired, add herbs and spices of your choice.
3. Add Cream of Chicken Soup and some milk. The soup base should be creamy so drain any excess water.
4. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
5. Pour over cooked rice and add toppings of your choice.
